How can I get product prices and shipping costs?

The prices of the products on the POLYPHARMA site will be communicated to you once your order has been placed. The agency that covers your billing area will contact you for more information in order to give you a personalized pro-forma. This pro-forma will take into account your tax status, your method of delivery and payment.

 

 

How can I get product prices and shipping costs?

Once your pro-forma has been sent and the negotiation is finalized, you can pay in cash directly at one of our branches or by bank transfer to one of our accounts. (See the list of our bank accounts).

 

You can also subscribe to a payment by installment (See with the sales department).

 

 

Are the products still available?

The products on the site can be delivered to you. However, due to the vagaries of supplies, it may happen that some of them are missing for a short time. Once your order has been placed, we will tell you exactly what the delivery time of the item you ordered is and whether it is available or not.

 

You can also write to us to request delivery of a product that you cannot find on the site and that you really need.

 

 

Can we return a defective product?

It is of course possible to return a defective product if checked. The customer has a period of 7 days from delivery to return the product (the return costs being at his expense) accompanied by a copy of the invoice. It is then reimbursed (excluding shipping costs) of the price of the product in the month of receipt thereof by the company POLYPHARMA. However, products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be taken back. This right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for disposable consumables. In this case, no cash on delivery will be accepted for any reason.
